FREE DELIVERY SERVICE
- Free delivery will be provided for each order value over HK$650. (Calculated after all member discounts, coupon, special discounts, etc.)
- A HK$75 delivery charge is required for each order of less than HK$650. Delivery to MTR stations (except Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations) possible if order HK$250 or above.
- Delivery service not available for Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung & the Int'l Airport.
- Order will be delivered within 7 working days from the order date. We will confirm the delivery day with you directly.
- Delivery will be made during MON-SAT (except public holidays).
- Customer must notify GreeniBase.com of any change of delivery address at least 2 days before delivery, otherwise HK$100 delivery charges will be imposed.
- Delivery will be rescheduled if a typhoon signal No.8 or a black rainstorm warning is raised.
- Customer must check the goods at the time of delivery. No returns accepted after delivery.
